We want you to love your new dance shoes, but if they’re not the perfect fit, we’re here to help! Shoes can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. We appreciate your understanding.

If the shoes don’t fit as you expected, please, connect with us, take some photos or videos of the shoes on your feet and send them to us. This will help us understand the issue better and find the perfect fit for you. 

• Keep the Stickers On: Please don’t remove the stickers on the bottom of the shoes until you’re certain you’re keeping them. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us or consult with your instructor.

• Sole Condition: The suede sole should be in the same clean and fuzzy condition as when you received them. We can’t accept shoes that are dirty, worn, or scuffed, regardless of how briefly they were used. If in doubt, try them on a carpeted surface.

• No Dancing Allowed: We know it’s tempting, but please refrain from dancing in the shoes unless you’re sure they’re the right ones. Once they’re used, they’re yours to keep.

• Original Packaging: Please return the shoes in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• International Orders: Returns and exchanges are only available for orders within the United States. If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., please contact us with any questions before placing your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours to avoid a 5% merchant fee. If canceled after 24 hours, a 10% restocking fee will apply. You can return your item with your desired post provider and at your own expenses.. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or phone. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method, minus 10%, within a week.
